Responsibilities

Clarity is seeking a Front-end Web Developer who will be responsible for developing and updating dynamic web sites for our clients. You will be part of a team with creativity, results focus and cooperation to reach aims. The job of the Web Developer is to share duties with the project managers and designers in inflating new websites. This includes coding in HTML and CSS, helping with the QA, testing and actual publishing of Websites.

Expect 4-5 stand up type meetings of your fellow workmates or other shorter meetings to verify the in-house state of the projects, plus 1-2 phone meetings with the clients to share progress updates and/or provide technical assistance as needed (our PM team holds these meetings 95% of the time); writing/editing HTML/CSS and customizing the various Bootstrap templates; testing everything when complete; solving client issues on the phone; making suggestions throughout all aspects of the business during a weekly review meeting; and attending a team breakfast on Friday.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1+ to 2 years of professional web development experience front-end experience.
• The knowledge of Web app development lifecycle, including QA.
• Experience communicating directly with clients.
• Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, and a great critical eye for detail.
