Retensa is looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Associate Intern to join its Marketing Department. This remote internship will give you real-world experience to apply to digital marketing, search engine optimization, content creation, and social media, as well as market research and campaign development in a digital marketing and AI software firm or in a digital marketing management consulting organization.
The successful candidate will be asked to undertake genuine marketing tasks, keep abided to the industry and analyse their competition to find new opportunities in the market and attend to suggestions to enhance the digital presence and visibility of Retensa’s brand. It’s a hands-on training experience where interns will be given the chance to do projects and follow marketing plans with actual budgetary limitations.
Key Responsibilities
- Do market research on trends, competitors, keywords, market opportunities etc. in the digital marketing field.
- Support your SEO and AEO efforts such as on-page and off-page optimization.
- Build and tweak web content, blogs, whitepapers and marketing materials.
- Create compelling social media content and track social analytics.
- Help set up, modify and roll out marketing videos.
- Help with lead generation & digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct research for PR and brand awareness campaigns to provide ideas to clients.
- Evaluate performance of a campaign and suggest changes.
Job Requirements
- Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism or similar related field college juniors (current) or seniors (graduates).
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Excellent verbal & written communication.
- Well-developed organizational/ interpersonal skills.
- Possibility to handle several projects simultaneously and keep to deadlines.
- Understanding of recent digital marketing and social media trends.
- Should have at least 3 skills from: Social Media, Blogging, SEO, Lead Generation,
- Google Analytics, Google Ads/AdWords, or Canva.
Internship Details
- Duration: 20 weeks of 20-hour work per week
- Duration: Approximately 14 weeks
- Hours: Maximum 24 hours/week
- Schedule: 3–4 days/week
- Duration: 10 weeks (approximately)
- Opportunity: Highly successful interns can be extended a job offer.
