Data Intelligence Associate (LT 1 year)

• Pick-up/Production: Remote (1250 miles away).
• Position: Full-time, 1-year contract
• Salary: $64,000 – $76,000 per year

VentureWell is seeking someone with an attention to detail to join them as an Associate for Data Intelligence, to help gather and quality-check date, report and to document program outcomes. The position involves engagement with data, ensuring accurate data management, helping to resolve the data issues and supporting data products currently being developed to facilitate tracking of entrepreneurship and innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, collect and maintain program information.
• Check data accuracy and integrity in all systems
• Display and explain data, numbers and shapes.
• Enter and check data into databases
• Defect Data quality problems and address them
• Identify trends and provide data-related insights
• Support with data visualization and reporting
• There should be forms and online data collection tools to support provided.
• Roundtable with team and stakeholders
• Mindfulness; Commit to documenting the project and platforms.

Requirements

• Build data skills and data competencies
• Records are characterised by attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Skill in carrying out a number of tasks without assistance.
• Extensive computer skills and understanding of cloud-based software and CRMs/collaboration systems
• Go back to basics on how to manage data, analysis and create tables in R.Recap
• Introduction to Data manipulation, analysis and table creation using R.
• Competition basing basics (knowledge of basic descriptive statistics).
• Knowledge of forms and internet surveying software.
• Rapid ability to learn new tools & processes
• Written and verbal communication skills.
