MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
The impactful work you’ll perform at GDIT will as a Graphic Designer will support the Navy Neptune Enterprise Cloud Management team.
Our Graphic Designer will provide visual materials that clearly and meaningfully represent our brand by supporting communication, marketing and training and project goals. The position creates digital and print designs, maintains brand consistency across all design collateral products, and works with the other crossfunctional teams to bring a high-quality brand product on time.
- Create digital content, such as web elements, social media graphics, email templates, infographics and presentations.
- Desvelop printed publications including literature, posters, reports, signage and promotions.
- Communicate complex information in a way that can be interpreted in a visually engaging manner.
- Create and update visual brand standards, templates and style guide.
- Develop creative solutions with project management, subject matter experts and other parties to understand requirements.
- Make sure that all designs are accurate, of high quality and consistent.
- Run several projects at a time that are on-time.
- Create final art files to be used for publication and production.
Maintain an awareness of design trends, tools and technologies.
To Succeed: YOU MUST HAVE:
Carry on the knowledge and a spirit of innovation to GDIT. Our Graphic Designer must have:
- Security Clearance: Active Secret security clearance required
- Job Requirements: Applicants will have 3 + years experience in Graphic Design in the industry.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or other design software.
- Good typing, layout and branding abilities.
- Interpret and effectively redraft designs.
- Portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design work.

- Effective time management and organizational skills are crucial, as they help you stay on track.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various new tools
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field (and/or experience).
- Work Location: Remote
- U.S. Citizenship Required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in motion graphics or video editing or animation.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Understanding of corporate branding and communications.
- Gain experience in a fast-paced project driven environment.

The likely salary range for this position is $55,806 – $74,750. This isn’t, however, a promise of payment or working wages. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
