Job Overview
Tilt are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Lead to assist their Credit Card business. A position suited to those with strong financial acumen and business strategic insight. They’ll collaborate closely with product, risk, credit and a team of senior business leaders to help them monitor business performance and inform key financial decisions.
Ability to be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis and credit card economics. Complex financial and operational data will be transformed into clear information to help company succeed in growth and profitability, and ultimately long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the monthly performance reporting, forecasting and financial planning of the Credit Card business.
- Keep a track on income, expenditure, acquisition expenses of customers, loss and overall profitability.
- Create presentation of financial models, test and analyze new products, pricing, and growth possibilities.
- Interact with relationship/cuminance staff to grasp the working of post figures, financial movements.
- Cooperate with product and marketing leaders in assessing new business opportunities.
- Recognize financial risks, opportunities for growth and ways of enhancing performance.
- Design dashboards and reporting tools to help communicate key financial information.
- Empower financial functions with cutting-edge data and AI tools for enhanced financial analysis, reporting, and operations efficiency.
- Propose and communicate ideas and strategies to senior management.
Requirements
- 1+ years’ experience in financial experience, FP&A, strategic finance, consultancy, business operations, or investment banking.
- Excellent financial models and analytical skills.
- Learn how to work with P&L management and business forecasting.
- Experience within lending, fintech, consumer finance, and/or credit products is a plus.
- Proficient SQL skills and ability in data analysis.
- Previous experience with using artificial intelligence tools for productivity or finance will be beneficial.
- Clear communicator and stakeholder-management skills.
- Self-motivated and independent working; decision making in complex situations.
- Ideal conversion courses will be MBA, financial or advanced economic courses or others related areas.
