As the first ever full-time editor at Flock Safety, you’ll own the end-to-end editing process of all pieces, going from initial assembly to final grade.
You’ll get to work with content of all lengths, from customer interviews and field recordings that will form the backbone of a Flock story.

Core Responsibilities
- Lead editing of short-form and long-form video content
- Edit interview footage and field recordings into compelling, story-driven content
- Produce documentary-style case studies, brand films, and product content
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, Producers, and Marketing teams on video content
- Define a consistent editing style, pacing, and visual language across video content for brands
- Execute post-production elements such as color correction, audio design, mixing, motion graphics, and asset management
- Deliver multi-grade video content across social media, websites, presentations, and events
- Own the creative editorial process for assigned content pieces vs. strictly following editorial direction
Requirements
