Graphic Designer

We at Flipper are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer who is keen to join our expanding organisation and cultivate graphical materials and content across the organisation. This position includes tasks such as the development of graphics for product related projects, presentations, communications, social networking, and HR.

Flipper is most famous for their technology exploration and development tool Flipper Zero, a portable multi-tool for technology geeks, developers and engineers. The company is also progressing with some new products – it is creating the low-power ARM-powered Linux-based Flipper One computer and the productivity heavy multi-tool BUSY Bar.

An ideal person ought to possess traditional drawing skills as well as visual awareness, along with the ability to improvise and not rely solely on AI-drawn graphics.

Key Responsibilities

As a Graphic Designer you will be at the heart of all kinds of creative projects such as:

• Design In Originals & Graphic Materials for the various teams within the company.
• Create graphics, artistic materials and other elements for HR-related campaigns and posting.
• Create and design presentations & company correspondence.
• Establish and maintain a uniform visual style and brand for internal and external.
• Produce engaging graphics for social media and marketing activities.
• Meet the visual design needs of particular Flipper products/projects
• Test out several approaches and rapidly come up with various design ideas.
• Support and enhance current company visual presentation and design methods.
• Accept and comply with occasional design change requests from various departments as they become necessary.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have:

• Excellent hand-drawing and/or illustration ability.
• Good knowledge of composition, typography, all aspects of visual communication and aesthetics.
• The ability to develop and deliver multiple innovative ideas in an effective manner.
• Creative and practical hands-on design and visual creation.
• Experience in using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.Experience using Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
• Capacity for collaboration with brand standards as well as the ability to propose innovative concepts.
• A positive attitude towards using AI to assist in the design process, not to replace it.
• English communication skills of B1 – B2 level.
• Self-discipline, priority setting and timely completion of multiple requests.

Preferred Skills

It would be an advantage if they had experience in the following areas:

• Utilize motion graphics or Adobe After Effects.
• Simple user interface wire framing and structure.
• Social media marketing and social media design.
• Development of “short” animated or digital materials.
